Returns

  • You may return your EV bike or accessory within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
    • In its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included
  • A return authorization must be obtained before sending any product back. Please contact our support team at [info@ugam.in,] to initiate a return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or repair at no extra cost.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for bikes and accessories that are the wrong size or model, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the exchange is due to a product defect or error on our part.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the product has already shipped.
  • Replacement product will be delivered in 5 days
